Yes, you can combine units from up to 5 service plans to make a unique service plan that fits your requirements perfectly.
Lets look at an example.
You've decided to commit to 6 months (26 weeks).
You'd like to start with a lot of personal direction, but feel you'd like to try a little less after a month.
Just to make sure you're completely on the right track, you'd like some more intense personal direction for another month or so before trying to complete your agreement with some sparse sessional work.
So you choose:
- full service for a month (counts as 4.33 weeks)
- 1:3 for two units (8 weeks)
- 1:1 for two months (counts as 8.67 weeks)
- 1 session every 5 weeks for the remainder of the agreement = 5 weeks (26 - 4.33 - 8 - 8.67 weeks)
Costing is unique for each combination and can be provided by e-mail
Some conditions apply.
Firstly, there needs to be positions available in the service plans you want to use.
- That's easy to check, just have a look at what places are still available?
Secondly, you need to choose full units in the service plans you wish to use.
- Service plans are arranged into units, depending on their composition
- For full service, the unit corresponds to the billing period, and is considered to be of one month's duration (4.33 weeks)
- For block services, this is done by adding together the
two numbers that represent the service (personal direction and the time
working individually following the program)
- eg 2-4 service would have a unit of 6 weeks, (2+4)
- For sessional services, ( excepting "1 every 5 weeks" ) the unit corresponds to the billing period, and is considered to be of one month's duration (4.33 weeks)
- For "1 every 5 weeks" the unit is 5 weeks
- The start of each unit is designated by the start of time under personal direction with Kym
- The finish of the unit is the date calculated by adding the unit length to the start of the unit
Finally, once you've decided upon your unique service plan you will be unable to alter it during the period of the agreement.
