Traditionally in personal training you "buy" the trainer's time.
You have their exclusive attention for the period of time you buy it (usually 30 or 60 minutes).
They plan and tell you what to do, they stay beside you, count your repetitions, demonstrate and correct technique, provide "motivational"
encouragement and tell you "well done" at the end of each exercise or
set.
It's fine if you've got plenty of money, because you pay for this. You achieve the benefits of personal training but it's expensive, with prices ranging upwards from $40 per hour.
Really, what needs to be addressed is; what am I trying to achieve and what benefits can I get from personal training?
Generally, you want results.
You want to improve the way you look and feel, your health and your ability to manage stress.
You want to see and feel a difference.
You want more energy to do the things that matter to you.
You want the guidance of an experienced professional. You want access to their expertise, experience and knowledge and attention when you need it.
You want a personalized program to get faster results, a program which is varied, safe and preferably enjoyable.
You want the motivation that comes from achieving results and having confidence in
the person preparing, implementing and guiding your program.
You want accurate information and you want to understand why you are doing things.
So all that sounds great, but you just can't afford traditional personal training. It costs too much!
Training the "Personal Training 4 all" way provides the benefits of excellent traditional personal training without the cost.
In many ways it's better than conventional personal training.
Kym's experience and knowledge are excellent.

The service plans include all the positive elements of great personal training.
Personal direction sessions replace traditional personal training sessions allowing it to be a far more economical method.
There are no time restrictions on your workouts, no hourly rates.
And because it takes the intensive one on one time contact out of the equation, by using personal direction instead of traditional personal training it also takes out the prohibitive cost.
So you can now afford to get the results you want.
