Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The referral program aims to reward people who advocate Kym's services.
There are no restrictions as to the number of people a client may refer.
Participation in the Referral Program is subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined below.
Qualification for reward
The referral program is applicable only to new clients and only where the referred person completes an agreement document committing them to a term of 6 months or more.
To qualify for the referral program the referred person needs to identify the referrer
- initially in either an e-mail (referral@personaltraining4all.com or referral@pt4all.info) or SMS
and
- in the agreement document at the time of signing.
The referrer will be notified of this identification via e-mail within 7 days of the signing of the agreement document. This notification will include the date on which the agreement document was completed.
The reward is only payable once, and is not applicable to any further renewals by the referred party.
The referrer will be notified (via both e-mail and SMS) within 7 days of the completion of the referred party's 6-month period. This notification will include the point value of the reward.
To be eligible for the reward the referrer must confirm their receipt of the notification of their reward within 7 days of its issue.
Value of Reward
A reward of one point (equal to the dollar value of the average monthly payment over the first 6 months of the referred client) is credited to the referrer on the date of the receipt of the 6th monthly payment from the referred person.
The amount is calculated on the receipt of the sixth payment of the referred client.
Should the referred party not complete the 6-month period, a pro-rata value will be calculated (equal to the dollar value of the average monthly payment over the completed term of the referred client multiplied by a correction figure. This correction figure will be equal to the number of completed months divided by six.
This pro rata value will be held until the date at which the original agreement was to have expired at which time it is available for redemption as outlined in Qualification for reward and Redemption of reward
Redemption of reward
The reward is redeemable (one dollar for each point) through the following prioritised order:
- credited against any outstanding fees, then as a choice of:
- credit against the upcoming months fee provided this fee is not currently overdue
- credit as an upgrade of a current service plan
- as an exchange for goods of the same value
- as a "cash" rebate
The reward is to be redeemed within 31 days of its notification. Should the reward not be redeemed within this time frame it is understood to be forfeited.
